Franklin Tales
Meet Ben Franklin up close and personally. This exceptionally personable character will share his discoveries in electricity, his innovation of the Glass Armonica instrument, and his instrumental part of in the creation of the Free Library system. He and his assistant will field questions from the audience making this a wonderful interactive perfomance for small class room and library groups. |

The Squish Family This is an original show specifically for Preschool and Kindergarten. Momma Squish and her boys will help youngsters, ages 2 - 4, to count and mix colors with the Case of the Brown Footprints. This is an interactive show with fun sing-a-long music. It is performed by our puppeteer within view of the audience with Rod style puppets. |

Bobo's Big Top What happens when a "Want to be" Shakespearean actor, Bobo, becomes the Ring Master for a second rate Circus of miss fits? A whole lot of fun and laughs. Throw ina Pizza delivery person who is talked into helping out and you have some great family entertainment. Bobo's Big Top is a one fun happening after another. From silly miss quoted Shakespeare to a seal trying to get a balancing act down, and a Pizza Girl who may just end of staying with the act, kids and parents will have a lot of fun with this one.

Little Red It should be noted that Renaissance Artist Puppet Company has adopted and adapted this performance from a retiring puppeteer of the 5 County area, Mrs. Claire Nees. We felt that it's foundation was strong, and that it should continue to teach and entertain for our community instead of being put in a box. Thank you Claire for your willingness to allow us to perform the work. |

Clowning Around
This performance offers a wide range of different types of clowns in a size that is great for children ages 3 - 10. These fun loving characters share lots of family friendly jokes and slap stick that the kids will remember long after the performance and will share with their friends. How does a Dinosaur get out of a tree? Learn the answer to this riddle and many more with clown boy, Walter the Walrus, and many others. And after the performance our performer will twist balloon shapes for the kids. |

Shakespearish This is an introduction to Shakespeare's work, with a Reduced Shakespeare feel. A two performance production which features the folk tales that it is believed Shakespeare fashioned his plays "Taming of the Shrew" and Romeo and Juliet" after. Performances are told with puppets and live actors and interactive comedy and some slapstick. |

Ananse and the
Sky God This classic Southwestern African folk tale is told with a bit of a twist. Ananse's wife, Aso, tells the story of how the Trickster Spider, Ananse, won the right to tell the Great Sky God's stories. The set, mask, and puppet designs are based on flavors of traditional arts from the Ivory Coast and other Southwestern African countries that share the Ananse stories. An original score has been written, and each character has their own music; in a similar fashion to Peter and the Wolf. This story is told with Masks, Rod Puppets, and Shadow work. |

Alice Through
the Looking Glass Renaissance Artist Puppet Company revisits this Lewis Carroll classic with Shadowesque, Table Top Rod puppets and Mask work. Alice must come to terms with her own fears as she travels through Looking Glass Land. As with our other productions, music plays a prominant role in this production. Children will have fun with the fanciful characters and adults will enjoy a multi leveled script and a marvelous original music score. |
